I seem to need two triggers before I get one, caffeine withdrawal plus a sudden change in the weather would get me every time. Also problematic for me are sharp cheese, red wine, or blueberries. I used to drink too much coffee at work, and none at home, till I realized that I'd get nasty withdrawal headaches almost every Sunday, and some would end up being migraines.
